Seitenwechsel
Sporting club run by (mainly lesbian) women, exclusively for women and girls. Seitenwechsel has roughly five hundred active members and more than twenty coaches, making it the largest of all women/lesbian sports clubs in Europe! They have courses or teams in about twenty sports including basketball, boxing, gymnastics, swimming, running, kickboxing, volleyball and more. Some of their website is available in English and guests are welcome.

Vorspiel Berlin
This is a "Sportverein" (sport club) for gays and lesbians, offering classes in about 30 different sports, including aerobics, basketball, mountain biking, swimming, Tai Chi and more. If you look at each class listing it will let you know whether it is for men, women or mixed. For all of you jogging fanatics, the Berlin Frontrunners group also operates through this organization. Vorspiel also hosts various sporting competitions in a variety of sporting fields.
