Frontrunners Houston
Founded back in 1984, “Frontrunners Houston welcomes all abilities from walker, to runners who practice running for healthy lifestyle or runners who race in 5k's, 10k's, 10 milers, half marathons, full marathons and ultra-distances (30 miles or more).” They do two runs a week, on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
Houston Women’s Flag Football League
It may be flag football, but that doesn’t mean it’s not tough stuff all the same. Cheer the ladies on as they go for that touchdown.
