Betty’s Outrageous Adventures
This is definitely your best way to connect with Las Vegas lesbians. These ladies organize several outings every week and they also send out a monthly email to members highlighting all of their upcoming events (because there’s usually at least 15 a month!)
BlaQ
BlaQ is part of the local Vegas HRC People of Color program. They organize occasional events throughout the year. Check out their Myspace page for details, but be prepared for a bit of a mind-altering read. It is exceptionally busy and hard to focus on, but at least the info's there.
L-Group
Most of these ladies are part of Betty’s Outrageous Adventures (above), but they also meet every Friday night at the Gay and Lesbian Center. Best of all though, they send out a weekly newsletter about what’s coming up in lesbian Las Vegas, which is absolutely indispensable.
LVL Connection
Here's another social group for lesbians in the Las Vegas area. They organize regular cultural outings and coffee meets and newbies are always welcome.
Nevada Outdoors
An LGBT social group that does a bit of everything: dinners out, hiking, camping, game nights, holiday parties, you name it.
Rendezvous 411
Calling itself "a portal to Vegas' ethnic social life," Rendezvous 411 doesn't have a website yet, but they do havea regular newsletter with updates about events of interest. Send an email if you'd like more info.
Sin City Q Socials
This social group for LGBT professionals has waaaay more men than women who attend their events, but all the same this is a great opportunity to meet new people and socialize. They hold several events a month, including their Trendy Tuesday Martini Mixers.
Women’s Empowerment Network of Las Vegas
“WENLV aims to bring together diverse women to amplify their voices in the community and affect change. WEN encourages advocacy and activism for women-related issues, provides resources and support and actively pursues women's and LGBT rights.”
