Divas Magazine
This bilingual LGBT bar and entertainment guide is published in English and Spanish. Their website is pretty basic, but the printed version has a lot of great info.
Female FYI
Launched in November, 2009, this new online publication (that you can download and read like any other magazine), is an original take on lesbian magazines. Going for a much more glossy and artistic bent, Female FYI is chock full of interesting articles about successful lesbians in the L.A. area. It will be interesting to see if the magazine becomes less L.A.-centric as each new issue comes out (which will happen ever two months).
Frontiers Magazine
Bi-weekly LGBT magazine focusing on lifestyle and news (but I think we can safely put the emphasis on the “lifestyle” here.) Their website isn’t the easiest thing to navigate, so you may be better off picking up the hard copy.
In Los Angeles Magazine
Calling itself “Southern California's leading free LGBT publication,” In Los Angeles Magazine’s website is a pain in the arse to navigate, but on the positive side, you can download the pdf of their latest edition for free. The printed version is much more helpful for events and listings.
Lesbian News
The longest running lesbian publication in the United States, Lesbian News sells itself as a national magazine, but has a distinct interest in all things lesbian in Southern California. Their website has good listings of upcoming events.
