BiPhoria
“BiPhoria is a social and discussion group for bisexual people and those questioning their sexual orientation who think they might be bi. We get together monthly to discuss bi issues, give each other support, share information about national bi events and groups and to arrange social activities for the rest of the month.”
Carousel
“Carousel is a purely social group for all lesbian and bisexual women. The aims of the group are to provide a fun, social environment to meet like minded people and to forge new friendships. The group meets between 7.30pm and 9pm on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesday of the month.”
Kaffe Queeria
“A group of queers living in Manchester who do not want to buy into the commercial gay scene we are creating spaces to share with like-minded folk, putting on the sort of diy, non-profit events we'd like to go to. most of these are based round the wonders of music and food.”
Keshet
“Keshet is a group for Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans Intersex Queer and Questioning Jews and their friends in Manchester and the North West. This is a group for Jews of all shades of the rainbow - secular to orthodox, patrilinear, matrilinear or wannabe...”
Lesbian Diners
This group of ladies meets once every two months at a local restaurant. All are welcome, but you have to reserve your place in advance.
LIKT
AKA the Young Women's Peer Health Project run by and for young lesbian and bisexual women. They work to improve young lesbian and bisexual women's health, by promoting activities which address all areas of wellness.
MORF
A monthly social group for transguys in the North West. They welcome female-born/raised individuals who identify as transgender, transsexual, intersexual, gender questioning etc.
Rainbow Families
A monthly group bringing together lesbian parents, co-parents, parents to be and their children.
SM Dykes
A group that supports LB SM-ers through meetings and play parties. These ladies also host the annual International Women’s SM Conference every May in Manchester (see the events section for more info).
