Finding online info on Miami’s lesbian scene is pretty difficult. Edge Miami probably has the most information you’ll find out there, but it’s totally mixed in with the boy stuff and sometimes out of date. All the same, their “Nightlife Updates” section can be helpful for upcoming news.
Miami-Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce
This is the kind of gay and lesbian chamber of commerce that I would like to see in every city. Not only do they provide information about LGBT businesses in Miami, but they also provide great info for visitors to the area, including links specifically for women and for upcoming events. Bravo!
SoBe Social Club
SoBe is short for South Beach, the popular Miami neighbourhood and the focus of this LGBT site. Most helpful is their news section, which you see when you just continue to scroll down the home page. Unfortunately some of their women’s listings are out of date though, so confirm events are happening before dropping by.
