Located just a couple of minutes outside of downtown, the Clarion is an easy, affordable hotel that is quite gay-friendly. Rooms are spacious, service is great and they serve a pretty good breakfast that's included with your stay. Nothing luxurious, but it certainly does the job at a totally fair price.
