"Chiltern is one of New England’s largest gay and lesbian outdoor organizations. Our calendar lists a variety of trips, including hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, camping, skiing, and many other outdoor-related activities." A number of their events happen near to Northampton and visitors/newbies are always welcome.
Women Outdoors
This is a national organization that has a number of local branches, including the one in Western Massachusetts. Check the website to see if they have any activities coming up.
