This queer running group has been around since 1987 and holds two weekly outings, on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  All runs leave from the 519, Toronto's LGBT community centre on Church St. in the heart of the gay village.  After all that exercise, the group heads over to a local cafe together.  Visitors are absolutely welcome to join them.

Out and Out

An outdoor recreation club that’s one of the most popular and successful LGBT associations in the province. Hiking, skiing, biking, camping, dining out, movie nights, they do it all and you can too!  Out and Out holds regular introduction meetings, but to participate in their events, you must become a member (which isn’t too expensive and it can be done online.)  Once you’re a member, all you have to do is see an event you like, contact the organizer and get on the list.  Presto, it’s done!
