Vancouver is a town that totally loves its pasties, bustiers and fishnet stockings, so it's only fitting they would host this international event. 2010 will be the 5th annual edition!
Vancouver Pride

Even though the pride celebrations take place over more than a month, most of the big events take place in the last week. 2008 was their 30th anniversary and more than half a million people showed up for the party. This event grows bigger and bigger, so check out the various lesbian events and parties, as there are tons of them!
Vancouver Dyke March and Festival

Incorporated into the general pride festivities, here’s the chance for lesbians to have their own moment. Other than the actual parade, there’s outdoor parties and YUMMY: the dyke march dance.
Out On Screen Queer Film Festival

Presented by the Vancouver Out On Screen Film and Video Society, Vancouver’s Queer Film Festival is eleven days of the best in independent queer cinema.
BOLD: The Annual Westcoast Gathering and Conference of Lesbians 50 Years & Older

With informative, entertaining and fun workshops, lots of chances to meet and mingle, a fabulous boat cruise, eclectic musical performers, outstanding food, dancing and a true sense of community. Lesbians under 50 years of age are also welcome.
